Doctors take on the EMF Hairy Haggis Relay in aid of FND research ~ Sunday 28th May

This Sunday 4 doctors from the University of Edinburgh’s Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences will be taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival Hairy Haggis Relay, in aid of raising awareness and funds for much needed research.

Dr Stone, a leading Consultant Neurologist and Researcher of FND, is taking on the challenge alongside his team members Ingrid Hoeritzauer, Lindsey MacGregor and Paula Gardiner. The 26.2 miles will be split between the 4 runners and further details about the race can be found on the EMF website.

Further research is not only vital to gain a better understanding of FND, but also to promote the need for better care and services to be available to those who are diagnosed in the UK.
