We are delighted to announce, for FND Awareness Day UK on 25th March 2018 we have partnered with charities and groups across the UK to have a national day of raising awareness of Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), including Non Epileptic Attack Disorder (NEAD).

Functional Movement Disorder – a group who provide information and support to those diagnosed with Functional Movement Disorders across the UK.
Our theme for awareness day this year will be:
We are asking for people to get involved by taking a short video (up to 7 minutes) of themselves talking about any aspect of FND or NEAD. You could be a person who has been diagnosed, a carer, a friend, a medical professional, a service provider, or even just a member of the public who wants to support the cause.
We have also provided some guidance and tips on how to make your videos.
Of course, raising awareness on the day does not have to stop at sharing videos! So if you would like to get involved with raising awareness on or around the day, and would like help in doing so or would like us to promote what you are doing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, or email the committee at email@example.com.
