FND Action aim to provide ongoing information and resources to support people in the UK who have been diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder, and to help towards raising much needed awareness. These currently include information leaflets, wristbands, Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme lanyards and seizure medical alert cards. Further items coming soon!
