Research opportunity – Social isolation, coping skills, diet and mood in Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) during Covid-19 pandemic

If you’re over 18 years old, you are invited to take part in the following online study exploring social isolation and COVID-19 and the impact that these measures have had on your mood, diet, coping skills and cognition.

We are looking for 3 groups of people to take part in this online study 1) those with a diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), 2) those with another long-term chronic health condition and 3) those who have no long-term mental or physical health conditions. Please follow the link below for more information and to take part. The survey will take approx. 35 mins to complete. You will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 4 £30 Amazon vouchers for your participation.

You are welcome to share this survey with your family and friends. This project is one study of my PhD thesis and I need all the help I can get in recruiting a large number of participants! It’s also hoped that this study can help to inform policy and practice as well as contribute toward an understanding of misunderstood conditions like FND.
