A personal story of living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).

I had my first FND related seizure in November 2024 and from there have had functional tics among other symptoms.

Learning to adapt to my new life has been hard especially with the lack of awareness and understanding but I’m hopeful for the future and knowledge hopefully expanding.
