All products should reach you in the condition they left us; perfect. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your item on receipt please inform us within 14 days and we will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable. We are only liable for the cost of the goods as quoted on the website.

PRICES
We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Prices on the site are correct at the time of entry. Prices may change due to the accessibility of products from our suppliers.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
If you would like to exchange or return your items you can do as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. We are happy to exchange items or issue a refund.
Please return within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage and packaging costs and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using recorded or registered post to return items.
Please include your name, address and detail items stating whether you require an exchange or refund. A copy of your shipping receipt is also
required.
It may take up to 7 days to process your refund or exchange claim. We can only credit the card that was used to make the original purchase.
