FND Action is a charity registered in England and Wales (Reg No. 1169554), and was set up by a group of people who were diagnosed themselves who wanted to support others in similar circumstances across the UK. 

“Through our own personal experiences, as well as previous volunteer support roles which amount to several years between us, we are aware of the desperate need to raise awareness and provide a support network for those diagnosed.”

Funding is necessary to deliver key aims of the charity, and any donation towards meeting costs will be most welcomed.

Donations will go towards:

Supporting those diagnosed through the provision of one to one support tools and resources.

Raising awareness through the provision of current information to the general public, health sector, care and support providers, and those suffering from these symptoms.

Promoting awareness through online and offline resources, such as information packs, leaflets, social media, meetings, focus groups, charitable events and other educational materials.

Developing our website as a key resource providing current information, support, resources, signposting, research information, and lots more.
