FND Action is a charity registered in England and Wales (Reg No. 1169554) which has been set up by a group of people who have FND and/or NEAD, to help others diagnosed with Functional Neurological symptoms. Through our personal experience, as well as previous volunteer support roles which amount to several years between us, we are aware of the desperate need to raise awareness and provide a support network for those diagnosed.

In order to be able to carry out our key aims we need funding, and any donation towards meeting these costs will be most welcomed.

Donations will go towards:
Raising awareness of Functional Neurological symptoms through the provision of current information to the general public, health sector, caregivers and those suffering from these symptoms.

Promoting awareness through online and offline resources, information packs, leaflets, social media, meetings, charitable events and other educational materials as required.

Developing our website to provide current information, support, resources, signposting, media stories, and lots more.
