FND Data Bank UK

FND Data Bank UK (launched April 2026) is a series of short, anonymous polls for people diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), designed to build a clearer picture of FND across the UK.

Each poll focuses on a different area, including symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and lived experience.

You can take part in as many or as few polls as you like. Most take around 30-60 seconds to complete.

Your responses help us better understand patient experience, highlight gaps in care, and inform our ongoing advocacy and support work.
