PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All products should reach you in the condition they left us; perfect. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your item on receipt please inform us within 14 days and we will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable. FND Action are only liable for the cost of the goods as quoted on the website.

DELIVERY

FND Action aim to have your order shipped to you within 7 working days of your order being placed. Unless advised otherwise, standard Royal Mail postage is used. All products are posted free of charge to UK postcodes.

PRICES

FND Action reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Prices on the site are correct at the time of entry.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you would like to or return an item you can do so as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. FND Action will exchange items or issue a refund if requested.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

It may take up to 7 days to process your refund or exchange claim. FND Action can only credit the card that was used to make the original purchase.
