I was diagnosed with a partial diagnosis of FND when I was 15.

I then got swept under the rug and forgotten about! I had no clue what FND was or how to manage but thanks to my new neurologist, friends and family I finally feel seen and understood.

FND may feel extremely overwhelming but you are not alone out there.
