Charity Pub Crawl Fundraiser In Memory Of Rhianon

On Saturday 7th October Lauren, Megan, Leanne and others arranged a “charity pub crawl” in memory of their dear friend Rhianon.

The day involved a stroll around Rhianon’s favourite  pubs in St Stephen’s, Saltash; starting at the Cecil Arms, and concluding back at the Cecil Arms for food, music and fun.

Lauren told us …

“We are incredibly proud to of raised £2263.00 towards FND in memory of Rhianon, and we feel she would be very proud as well. It was an amazing day full of dancing, singing and laughing just as Rhi would’ve liked. It was a lovely turn out full of people who loved Rhianon as much as we did, and we are pleased we could help such a great cause and hopefully have raised awareness as well as money.”

“FND Action would like to send a heartfelt thank you to all involved in this fundraiser in memory of Rhianon. Supporting FND Action allows us to continue with our plight in supporting people diagnosed with FND in the UK. Next year we will be focusing on further resources to raise awareness of FND, so the funds will be put to good use.”
