A personal story of living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).

Diagnosed three years ago with FND after being unable to walk due to a tremor in my leg. Have since developed NEAD, tics, dystonia, nerve pain, etc.

I have also since qualified as a mental health nurse and managed to start working again part time after spending a year unable to do pretty much anything.

There can be light, we can adapt, and there are supportive workplaces and people out there.
